According to a report in an Urdu newspaper from Delhi, (presented in its original Urdu and in its translation in English below) Ahmadis have “chalked out their conspiracy against this formidable fort of Islam” in Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi. This grandiose claim essentially means that Ahmadis are seeking to convert Sunni Muslims to their views. New Age Islam has not been able to conform any of the allegations. Like many such reports in Urdu newspapers, this story may turn out to be just a conspiracy theory cooked up at a desk in a newspaper office, or maybe Ahmadis too have been bitten by the proselytisation bug that is so common among Tableeghis and other Wahhabis, particularly Ahl-e-Hadeesis. A war is certainly on within Islam, with the mainstream Sunni majority a target of Petrodollar-funded Muslim preachers going around the world in chartered planes, converting the unwary in large numbers. It is possible that Ahmadis too have decided to throw their hat in the ring. We do not know. It would be helpful if Jamia Nagar residents come out and verify the veracity or otherwise of the claims made in this report. Such reports become suspect in the eyes of an ordinary Muslim as the activities of petrodollar Islamists are seldom mentioned in the Urdu Press. But truth must be established. -- Editor

Qadianis launch an Intensive covert proselytisation campaign among Muslism in Okhla, Delhi
Hamara Samaj, August 31, 2010
The Muslim majority area of Jamia Nagar is known as an area of Muslims affiliated to Ahle Sunnat wal Jama'at who are believers in real Islam. A number of political and social organisations, religious centres and organisations are based here. But the Qadainis have chalked out a conspiracy against this formidable fort of Islam. Their initial plan is to indoctrinate in Qadianism the poor and hapless Muslims currently bearing the brunt of Yamuna flooding. According to reports, the followers of this false religion propagated Qadianism along with the aid material, distributed literature and even acquired contact numbers of the people. They came in a car and returned after distributing the aid material.
It is quite evident that the Islamic fort of Jamia Nagar has become an eye sore for these enemies of Islam and so they have drawn out a strategy to cause a breach in this fort of Islam with the distribution of aid among the flood affected people. This has not only exposed the indifference of the Muslim Sunni ulema and social groups to aid work but also exposed a big conspiracy against the Muslims of India. The aid work also hints at the forces active behind the distribution of the aid material.
During the British rule, Christian missionaries had adopted the same modus operandi. Realising the gravity of the situation, the ulema had established a network of madrasas like Darul Uloom Deoband, Al Jamiat al Ashrafia, Nadwatul Ulema, Al Falah and Al Islah in the entire country securing the strong fort of Islam. These madrasas are guiding Muslims towards the real tenets of Islam even today.
It is to be noted that the slew of conspiracies that was launched by the anti-Islam forces in the initial period of Islam after receiving defeats at the hand of Islam in the battlefield, has extended to Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani. The first signs of the conspiracy named Qadianism which flourished under British patronage were noticed in Okhla when the squad of this false religion arrived at Dhobi Ghat in a car to provide aid to the gullible flood-affected Muslims. They distributed ten kilos of wheat flour, two kilos of rice, one kilo of sugar, one kilo of ghee, 250 grams of tea leaves, 500 grams of chane ki dal and 500 grams of Masoor dal to each family and an envelope containing four books for the promotion of Qadianism, namely Shan-e-Rasool Hadhrat Ahmadiyya ke alfaz me, Hadhrat Baani Jama'at Ahmadiyya ka ishq-e-Rasool, La Nabi baad ya buzurgan-e-Ummat and Jama'at Ahmadiyya ke haqaiq.
However, if religious groups and representatives of the faith turned their backs on the training of Muslims and propagation of the true beliefs, then the Qadianism will succeed to make a foothold in this fort of Islam. It is therefore necessary for all the Islamic movements to launch a tablighee campaign making the Muslims aware of this vicious conspiracy.

Why is everything a conspiracy in that part of the world? I don't know where you live but in west no one for a large part cares who believes what.
