We've progressed in a variety of realms. Political, social, economic, and scientific realms are among them. Regardless, the world is grappling with the problem of law and order. This problem is substantially the same as it was fourteen hundred and fifty years ago. What are the root causes of the loss of peace and order around the world, and why has the spectre of insecurity been following us around? So, in view of the Holy Prophet’s biography (Sirah), what is the remedy? This essay aims to analyse the root reasons for the problem and possible solutions. It is true that the Holy Prophet’s religion (Deen) is known as Islam, which symbolises peace and security. This plainly indicates that the religion he has introduced is one of peace and security, with a peace and security secret hidden beneath every order and ban. In the same way, we see peace and security reflected in his teachings and pure characteristics when we look at his biography. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said that a Muslim in the true sense is one from whose hands and tongue other Muslims are safe. At one point he said that the perfect Muslim is the one from whose hands and tongue the whole of humanity is safe and the perfect believer is the one from whom the lives and property of humanity are safe. The clear meaning of these hadiths is that the divine message he has brought is "Islam" and the real purpose of his life is to provide peace and security to human society without any discrimination. Causes of insecurity Before anything bad in society can be destroyed, it is necessary to eliminate the causes and motivations behind it. When the causes of insecurity are considered, it is clear that the true cause of unrest or disorder in society is some evil, and the most serious of these evils are unjustly interfering in one's life, property, or honour, or interfering with one's religion, or one's lust for land invasion, all of which are known in today's language as Violation of Human Rights. Let's explore what we can learn about this from the Holy Prophet's biography. The Sanctity Of Human Life According to the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), the life of every human being is respectable without any discrimination. It is mentioned in the Quran, “...whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely...” (5:32) Another verse depicts the murder of a believer as a source of Allah's wrath, rage, curse, and admission to Hell, as Allah says: “But whoever kills a believer intentionally - his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment.” (4:93) In one hadith, the Holy Prophet said that anyone who kills a non-Muslim peaceful citizen unfairly will be refused access to Paradise. In order to protect human life, the Holy Prophet not only preached morals but also established the regulations of qisas and diyat. As a result, the life of every human being is respectable, whether he is Muslim or non-Muslim, small or large, wealthy or poor, according to the Holy Prophet’s sacred biography. Neither the Muslim state nor any individual has the authority to harm anyone unless he harms the land or the lives of the people who dwell there. If the Muslim state or any individual treats anyone unfairly, the land will descend into chaos and conflict. The Sanctity Of Human Property Unlawful encroachment on one's property, whether that property belongs to an individual or a nation, is the second source of instability and strife. In this regard, the Holy Prophet's instructions are as follows: Do not devour the riches of others in any way that is not legitimate and legal. God says in the Quran: “And do not consume one another's wealth unjustly or send it [in bribery] to the rulers in order that [they might aid] you [to] consume a portion of the wealth of the people in sin, while you know [it is unlawful].” (2:188) The holy Prophet said, “It is not lawful for anyone to eat from his brother's wealth without his consent.” (Musnad Ahmad b. Hanbal) Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) as saying: “Don't nurse grudge and don't bid him out for raising the price and don't nurse aversion or enmity and don't enter into a transaction when the others have entered into that transaction and be as fellow-brothers and servants of Allah. A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim. He neither oppresses him nor humiliates him nor looks down upon him. The piety is here, (and while saying so) he pointed towards his chest thrice. It is a serious evil for a Muslim that he should look down upon his brother Muslim. All things of a Muslim are inviolable for his brother in faith: his blood, his wealth and his honour.” (Sahih Muslim, Hadith 2564) At one point, the Holy Prophet said,   "Verily! Your blood, property and honour are sacred to one another (i.e. Muslims) like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this month of yours and in this city of yours.” (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith 67) Bribery, corruption, malpractices, stockpiling, overweight, deception and fraud, commerce in Haraam and unlawful things, illegal possession, looting, gambling, usury, and theft are all prohibited ways of earning a living, according to the Holy Prophet's teachings. If these sources of income are used to make a living, the community will be torn and chaotic, and the land will be devoid of peace and calm. As a result, the Prophet (peace be upon him) ruled all of these means of earning a living haraam and unlawful, till he said that Hell is the home of a servant whose flesh is born of haraam money. ----- (Continuing) URL: https://www.newageislam.com/islam-spiritualism/removing-obstacles-peace-sirat-rasool/d/126012 New Age Islam, Islam Online, Islamic Website, African Muslim News, Arab World News, South Asia News, Indian Muslim News, World Muslim News, Women in Islam, Islamic Feminism, Arab Women, Women In Arab, Islamophobia in America, Muslim Women in West, Islam Women and Feminism
