Wahhabi Fatwa for Football!!!, Radical Islamism and Jihad, NewAgeIslam.com

Radical Islamism and Jihad
Wahhabi Fatwa for Football!!!

One who goal in football and run to be pursued by other players and embraced by them, worthy to be slobbered on his mouth; he should be punished, because there is no relevancy between physical training and jubilation, blossoming and kissing.

Not only the Wahhabi sanctions against Shia but their attacks against the roots of Islam, prove the infiltration of colonialism in the Islamic lands. Thanks to their baseless sanctions (Fatwas), the Islamic teachings and heavenly codes are being mocked by those who insist to be named civilized nations. Those who could be invited to study Islam and seek deliverance and salvation for their selves in their life and hereafter, have joined hands with hands of Zionism and avail themselves of any opportunity to assail Islam and its teachings. They pave the way of physical and virtual aggression against Islamic lands and its and Holy Prophet and Holy Book i.e. Quran as well as motivate sacrilege derogatory against Islam and claim to be the real and righteous defenders of the religion. This is worth mentioning that the Wahhabism is the product of colonialism created in the recent centuries and British ministry of colonies through its agents like Laurence, Hempre and Mohammad ibn Abdu l-Wahhab. British colonialism imposed the new school upon Islamic world to remain Immanent in the Islamic World even after termination of its imperialistic tendency.

Albeit this kind of thoughts appeared after the demise of Prophet Mohammad (PUBH) in opposition of his Holy Family but the neo rigidness has its own Peculiarities and traits. The Wahhabi chauvinism has narrowed the frame of Islam more and more and made it dissatisfactory and implausible for others as the call themselves Muslim and excommunicate Muslims.

Islam and Sectarianism
India: Aggressive Wahhabi assertion leads to riots in Vaishali

The 100-years-old mosque in Kamalpur village was owned and managed by the followers of Barailavi sect. As per information, prayers have been led by Barailavi Imams for a long time. Recently, the mosque had got renovated by a wealthy person belonging to Deobandi sect. He wanted a Deobandi Imam and a Deobandi Hafiz to be appointed for the prayers and Taraveeh (special Ramazan prayer) simultaneously in the Holy month of Ramazan. The Barailavi followers insisted upon the appointment of a Barailavi Imam and Hafiz which had been the tradition for about 100 years. The other group flatly refused to accept and follow the old tradition. Thus a dispute occurred of which no solution could be found.

Some anti-Islamic elements tried to disturb unity among the Muslims and create differences within community. The situation was brought under control by the responsible residents of the society. They contained it with great sincere efforts and tactfulness, preventing any more serious and unpleasant incident from taking place.

Initially the controversy arose over the matter of leading Friday prayers which resulted in fighting and stone-pelting among the residents of Kamalpur. The district administration was somewhat aware of the brewing sectarian conflict and they were quite mindful too of trying to prevent any serious untoward incident. So they had deputed a police force in the concerned village even before the incident took place. They brought the situation under control by taking action immediately.

The Wahhabis and the Sufis: A Sufi Viewpoint, The War within Islam, NewAgeIslam.com

The War within Islam
The Wahhabis and the Sufis: A Sufi Viewpoint
A Commentary by Shaykh Dr. Abdalqadir As-Sufi

We would not have mentioned this issue but for a recent evidence that the Zindiq regime arrogantly continues its progress, as if its militant sector just over two years ago had not spent the night with prostitutes drinking vodka-sours in a bar before flying two airliners into the now notorious skyscrapers. Yet in November of last year the Zindiq regime sent a representative to harangue the respected Muslim Judicial Council of Cape Town and film himself for an official Saudi television station. The obese form of Mr. Wajdi al-Ghazzawi berated the Council with that insolence we have foolishly taken for granted among the thuggish exports of the regime. He learned his Islam inside Arabia and studied something he calls ‘Interfaith Dialogue’, itself an open door onto kufr. Apparently he is an imam at the Al-Minshaawi Mosque in Makkah.

While the regime that funds him and which he upholds crashed about his ears, here he was in South Africa chattering on with all the official Wahhabi denunciations of the very Muslim community he was visiting. Among his attacks, inevitably Mr. Al-Ghazzawi made his vulgar swipe at our noble Shaykh, Dr. Muhammad Alawi al-Maliki. Insultingly, he denounced him as a “big-time deviant”. He said he only attracted poor people (surely one of the virtues of the Deen), and that his teachings were refuted by “authentic scholars”. By the time young Wajdi had waddled out of Cape Town and returned to Makkah, he must have seemed a little surprised at what awaited him.

Rejoinder: ‘Indian Muslims: Let us come out of denial’ by Sultan Shahin

I totally agree that Maulana Maudoodi's Jamaat-e-Islami is the root cause of the radicalisation of Muslim Youth and their changing attitudes. This Jamaat along with another Jamaat called Tableeghi Jamaat have done more harm to the Islamic society than good. These two extreme Jamaats have interpreted Islam in their own way convenient to them. One is right extreme while the other is left extreme in the sense, that these people have not understood Islam in its totality. The radicals have come from the Wahhabi Sect, mostly from Saudi Wahhabi teachings. Rightly said, Maulana Maudoodi, a prolific writer and thinker himself, instead of confining himself to writing has taken people to one extreme of the religion. Firstly this has infested the oldies among the Muslims and then travelled to the young youth living in India and Pakistan. His radical views on Islam are not acceptable to Muslims who have studied and practiced Islam in its totality. These bearded followers of Maudoodi, became so extreme that they even called our Prophet PBUH, was nothing but an ordinary Messenger of Allah.

Hassan Al-Haifi (commonsense@yemen.net.ye)

One is not here trying to smear the glorious bloody past of the Wahhabi Movement. Not that their past should be ignored, but one can state for certain that intra-sectarian bloody conflict between Moslems is virtually non-existent since the Prophet Mohammed's days until the Wahhabis came into being. Sure there was politically related Moslem bloodshed, but never was this fuelled by how long your beard is, or where you place your hands while standing in prayer and some of the other very secondary issues, in which Moslems might differ, which to the Wahhabis can be ground for war or for repression, if you are living in a Wahhabi regime. There have only been two countries that have succumbed to Wahhabi regimes (Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan under the Taliban), and in both cases it was by the use of repressive force. Ironically, there is a suspicious historical collusion between the Wahhabi movement and the British Crown (see Wahhabi Past), but that is a long story and there are enough sources in the internet and elsewhere that covers it.
