He would advise them to eat a leaf from the sacred tree, assuring them that their desires would be fulfilled through the blessings of Hazrat Shamsuddin and the will of Allah. Atul, a Hindu devotee who frequently visits the shrine, shared his personal experience: “I often come to Hazrat’s shrine. It brings me immense peace and spiritual solace. The Annual Urs Celebration The Urs of Hazrat Syed Shamsuddin Auttadullah is celebrated annually on the 6th of Rajab, according to the Islamic lunar calendar. This grand event brings together devotees from all walks of life to honour the saint's legacy. During the Urs, the shrine is ceremonially washed, Fatiha (prayers) and Neyaz (charitable meals) are offered, and a communal meal (Langar) is distributed. Qawwali performances add to the spiritual ambiance, creating an atmosphere of devotion and unity.
